• Onboarding assessment data (identity preferences, triggers, motivations, self-assessment responses)
• Daily reflections, pledges, and quest completion proofs (photos or videos you upload)

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device information (device ID, platform, operating system, timezone, locale)
• Usage data (features used, quest completions, streaks, growth points earned)
• Crash logs and error reports (via Sentry)
• Analytics data (via PostHog) to understand engagement and improve performance
• Push notification tokens (stored as hashed values for security)

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as medical history or government IDs).

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features

4. Anonymous by Default

You may participate in much of the platform anonymously, using only a display name of your choice.

If you voluntarily share transformation stories, testimonials, or other user-generated content, you acknowledge that such content may be visible to others or featured (with respect and sensitivity) for promotional or community purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

When you request account deletion:

• Your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel the deletion
• Your profile and posts become hidden from other users immediately
• After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted, including all posts, comments, and reactions

We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Door 24 is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years old.

We use third-party services to support our operations, including authentication providers, analytics tools, crash reporting, payment processors, and push notification services.

These partners are carefully selected and only have access to data necessary to perform their specific functions on our behalf.

10. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications in the following categories:

• Daily quest reminders and motivational messages
• Community activity (reactions, comments, mentions)
• Milestone celebrations
• Reflection prompts

You can disable individual notification categories, set “quiet hours” when notifications are suppressed, or disable all notifications entirely in your account settings.

11. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe and supportive community, user-generated content may be moderated:

• Content receiving multiple reports from users may be automatically hidden pending review
• Our team reviews flagged content and may restore or permanently remove it
• Report reasons we track include: harassment, spam, self-harm, violence, triggering content, and other

12. Mentor Feature

Door 24 offers virtual mentor characters (Astra, Luna, Poco) that provide motivational messages. These messages are:

• Pre-written content selected based on your activity context (milestones reached, streaks, etc.)
• Not generated by artificial intelligence or machine learning
• Delivered via rule-based selection algorithms

Mentors are fictional characters and do not constitute professional advice or therapy.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or security updates.

The “Last Updated” date above indicates the latest revision.

Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.

Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
